Parents and Students: Please Update your 2022-2023 FinalForms Information

Have you updated your information in FinalForms yet?  All parents in grades 1st thru 12th are required every year to verify and update information in FinalForms as soon as possible for the 2022-23 school year to ensure that they receive important school updates.

If you registered in the spring for Kindergarten you will not need to log-in unless your email or phone number has changed.

Remember, it’s not just for athletics!

At this time, we ask that all parents and students login to FinalForms to complete and sign all required forms for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year. This information is mandatory and used for student enrollment, district communications, and athletic eligibility. Remember, FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year to make things easier!

The link to Final Forms is on the front page of the Miami East website under the “Parent Information” tab.

Thank you for your assistance in streamlining our data collection, verification, and communication processes at Miami East Local Schools.

School Bus Safety Tips and Laws for Motorists

Never pass a school bus with flashing lights
In the state of Ohio, you must stop when driving from either direction (does not apply to multiple-lane or divided highways) until the children are safely off the street and the school bus lights stop flashing.  The yellow flashing lights signal you to slow down and prepare to make a complete stop. When the red light flashes, your vehicle must be fully stopped, even if the "stop sign" arm is not extended on the side of the bus.

Miami East recently replaced the entire WiFi infrastructure within the district. This project updated a system meant to provide "coverage" and replaced it with a system that is capable operating at twice the speed! The new system involves 130 Extreme Networks access points placed throughout the district including one in every classroom.
