     Welcome!
     
    Hello, my name is Lauren Nosker and I will be your child's first grade teacher. This is my seventh year with Miami East. I spent the 2013-2014 school year as a Title 1 reading teacher before becoming a classroom teacher. This will be my sixth year teaching first grade. I am overjoyed to continue teaching and learning alongside first graders. 
     
    I am no stranger to Miami East, having graduated from the district in 2009. I continued my studies by earning a degree in Early Childhood Education from Wright State University in 2013. I continue to learn and grow for my students. For this reason, I obtained my Reading Endorsement through Wright State University in 2015 and am currently working towards a Master's Degree in Literacy.
     
    I am looking forward to a wonderful school year with you and your child.
