    Hello! My name is Mrs. Koester and I am an intervention specialist.  I am beyond excited to begin my ninth year at Miami East! I enjoy working in such a supportive community. 
     
    Before becoming a Viking, I grew up in Beavercreek and graduated from Carroll High School. I continued my studies by receiving a degree in special education from Urbana University.  A few years later, I earned my masters degree from the University of Dayton.  My husband, two daughters, and I reside in Troy, OH.  
    I spent this past summer visiting state parks with our camper!  We will have taken 11 camping trips this season.
