1. Collaborate with ME FFA Alumni to conduct 10 community outreach programs with more support of MELS community organizations.

2. Cooperate with ME FFA Alumni to raise and donate $10,000 to charities.

3. Be a Top 10 Chapter in the state and Top 10 in all 3 divisions of the National Chapter Award application.

4. Earn 3 State Career Development Event (competition) banners (top 5) and 10 CDE teams in the Top 10.

5. Sell $45,000 worth of fruit and $10,000 in strawberries with 100% pf members participating.

6. Have 100% of members in attendance at the banquet in proper official dress.

7. Have 100% of the 15 Program of Activities Committees conduct 1 activity per semester.

8. Market activities through social media including the re-creation of an Instagram page.

9. Have 20 members attend National FFA Convention, 25 attend State FFA Convention, and average 15 on Career Success Tours.

10. Have 5 State FFA Degree recipients, 3 American FFA Degree Recipients, and 5 Proficiency applications as finalists.
