    To update student records for the 2022-2023 School Year:

    UPDATING RECORDS FOR STUDENTS THAT ATTENDED MIAMI EAST DURING THE 21-22 SCHOOL YEAR

    Miami East Partners with FinalForms

    We are very excited to announce that the Miami East Local Schools has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service that will be replacing paper forms. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign enrollment, back-to-school and athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. 

    **If you move and update your address in Final Forms, you are required to submit proof of the address change to the building in which your student attends** 

    Which means, once the information is placed into Final Forms you will only have to update changes from year to year!

    All Open House registration Forms can now be completed using Final Forms.

    You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.
