The Miami County Sheriff's Department will once again be hosting their 14th annual Summer Youth Camp July 19, 2017 at the Redmen's Picnic Grounds. Boys and girls between the ages of 8-12 may attend. There is no cost to attend this one day camp.
Registrations must be submitted to the Miami County Sheriff's Department by June 23.

Need an Athletic Physical Form??
Athletic physical forms are available on the Junior High and High School home web sites.
All work permits are issued at Miami East High School. Applications are available in the main office and on the District’s web site. If you need a work permit completed over the summer contact Dr. Rappold at 335-7505.
Summer Shutdown Week will be July 2-9. Enjoy your week off! Miami East has instituted a mandatory dead period for all Miami East students in grades 7 - 12 in Athletics, Band, and all extra-curricular activities for the of week July 2-9, 2017. All school facilities will be closed, and there will be no practices or activities this week.
Progress Book. For the 2016-2017 school year the Miami East School District will once again utilize Progress Book to updates students and parents regarding grades. Progress Book is a district-wide, web-based solution for K-12 schools. Progress Book enables parents and students to see student progress and see grades online. It can be accessed 24/7 from any internet web-browser. Please utilize Progress Book to stay updated on your son/daughter’s grades.

The Kindergarten and First Grade Girl Scout Troops joined forces for an Earth Day Clean-up at Miami East Elementary/Junior High. They met on a chilly morning with trash bags and gloves to live out a part of the Girl Scout Law to help make the world a better place. They spread out and picked up trash on the outside of the building and around the baseball fields.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!! Miami East defeats Tuscarawas Valley in 5, wins 3rd DIII state volleyball championship. Congratulations to Tuscarawas Valley for a great season. Thanks to the Blue Crew and our wonderful community for their enormous support during the tournament run.
