Miami East Local Schools is proud to announce that we’ve installed a new Alumni Hall of Fame display at the High School. The display was donated by the Alumni Association and is located right outside of the Lecture Hall. On Friday, October 3rd, the High School Gym entrance will be unlocked from 5 to 7 pm for anyone who would like to see the display in person. We will be inducting our newest member of the Miami East Alumni Hall of Fame, Mike Ullery class of 1975, following the Homecoming Queen and King Ceremony, which begins at 6:20 pm.
On November 4th, there will be multiple Board of Education Seats on the election ballot. Members of the community and the Miami East Alumni Association are hosting a Meet the Candidate Night on Wednesday, October 8th starting at 6:00 pm in the High School Cafeteria. Youth cheer clinic starts today for anyone who signed up to participate. The clinic will be September 8th, 9th, and 10th after school until 4:00 pm. Please enter back doors of the K-8 building and pick up your child from the hallway by the elementary gym at 4:00 pm. Thank you and have a great day.
