E-Day #3 Information
Due to today marking our 8th calamity day of the 2025–2026 school year, Thursday, January 29th will be E-day #2.
All E-day #3 assignments will be due on Thursday, February 5th.
To ensure we are all on the same page, students and teachers are expected to follow the guidelines outlined below:
Students will access all materials through Google Classroom and are expected to complete assigned work within five school days of the E-day.
Students should expect to receive an E-day assignment from each of their classroom teachers.
All E-day assignments will be posted in Google Classroom by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the E-day.
If a student needs assistance, they may email their teacher between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on that E-day. Teachers will monitor email during this time to support students.
Emails received after 2:00 p.m. will be addressed when students and teachers return to school the next day or by email should the following day be another E-day.
Attendance will be recorded for each E-day based on completion of all E-day assignments. Students that do not complete their E-day assignments by the specified due date, will receive an unexcused absence for that particular day of school. (Example: If a student does not complete their E-day #3 assignments by Thursday, February 5, that student would receive an unexcused absence for Thursday, January 29).
