Miami East Local Schools will hold the 2025 Homecoming Parade on Wednesday, October 1 at 6:30pm followed by the powder puff game at the stadium.
The Miami East community is invited to this event. We ask that you park in the back lots of the BOE building, MEHS or the K-8 building. Spectators can view the parade from any sidewalk in front or in back of MEHS or the K-8 building.
If dropping off a parade participant, please do so either entering campus from 589 between the BOE building and MEHS or by entering campus from Troy-Urbana Road BEHIND the BOE building and have your student walk to the front BOE parking lot. Only parade vehicles will be permitted in the front parking lot of the BOE building.
The parade route is outlined with the blue arrows. At 6:25, the front entrances to the Miami East campus will be closed and all vehicles entering campus should use the south entrance off of Troy-Urbana behind the BOE building.
Please come out and support our 2025 Homecoming Court, JH & HS fall athletic teams, student organizations and marching band. Kona Ice will also be on campus.
The Junior vs Senior class powder puff football game will follow the parade at Viking Stadium. The game will begin 30 minutes after the conclusion of the parade.
