We are now accepting new student enrollments for the 2026-27 school year and for incoming Kindergarten students.

If your student does NOT currently attend Miami East Local Schools, but you intend for them to attend at the beginning of the 2026-27 school year, please follow the directions below:

After reading all the instructions below, complete the online enrollment forms by clicking on the Enroll Online button at the bottom of this page. Completion of the new student online enrollment forms will take approximately 15-20 minutes.

How to Complete the Online Enrollment

When you click the Enroll Online button, you will first be taken to a page that has options for a parent to create an account or use an existing Miami East Local Schools FinalForms account. Creating an account allows you to

• complete the online registration process

• print registration form history

• save and return to the online registration in process  (you do not have to complete the registration in one sitting)

• allow access to update information in the registration forms if it should change in the future.

Once you have created an account, you will be taken to the online forms.  Follow the instructions and complete the forms.

If you are registering a new student contact the school to schedule an enrollment appointment.

All Online Registration forms MUST be completed before a student may attend Miami East Local Schools.

After you have completed the online registration forms please contact Jennifer Dennis at the Board of Education regarding a documentation appointment.

Note: If your student is NEW to the district (kindergarteners and transfers), please be sure to click the “New to District” checkbox when registering your student.  After you have completed the “New to District” registration, then contact Jennifer Dennis to register for an appointment.

The appointment at the Board of Education (30 minutes) is used to collect the required documents.  

Parents should bring/provide the following items to the school office for their scheduled appointment:

• Certified Birth Certificate

• Drivers License for Identification

• All special education/504 documents

• Immunization records

• Two Proofs of Residence needed (lease or deed)

• Custody Papers (if applicable)

• Social Security Card
