Miami East Local School District is seeking a new member to fill a vacancy on its Board of Education, effective January 1, 2026.
The appointed members' term will run through December 31, 2027.
To be eligible, applicants must be at least 18 years of age and must be a registered voter within the school district.
The school district is asking individuals interested in the school board vacancy to complete the attached application, provide three (3) letters of recommendation from district residents, and submit a letter of interest to District Treasurer Alexander Hix, which must be received by Monday, December 8, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
