Attention Parents: We are in the process of building bus routes this week. All Kindergarten and newly enrolled students will be placed on a route (As long as Final Forms are complete). Student that rode the bus last year will also be placed on a route. Routes will remain similar to previous years.
If your student did not ride the bus last year but will ride this year, please email our Director of Operations, Donn Craig at dcraig@miamieast.k12.oh.us

Here is an opportunity to buy some Viking wear and support our cheerleaders.
MVCTC Parents: Starting tomorrow, the MVCTC bus will be leaving the High School at promptly 7:05am. If your student is riding the bus, please make sure they are at the school by 7:00am. The bus will meet behind the High School at door number 12. The bus will return around 3:30pm depending on traffic.

Attention to all juniors and seniors who will be attending MVCTC and riding the bus:
Please join us for a quick informational meeting this Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in the high school cafeteria.
Attention grades 10 - 12 Vikings!
Schedule pick-up will be on August 6th and 7th from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00p.m.
Freshman will receive their schedules on Open House night, which is August 23rd. Times will be released soon.

On Wednesday, August 5 at 6 pm in the high school cafeteria, Miami East schools will be hosting a meet and greet so that parents and the community can meet all the new administrators serving the district this coming school year. Please join us in welcoming Elementary Principal Mrs. Sue Dankworth, High School Principal Mrs. Kelly Kauffman, Director of Operations Mr. Donn Craig, Treasurer Mrs. Hannah Davis, and Superintendent Dr. Joseph Hoelzle. Each administrator will give a brief introduction, then there will be time to have conversation and make personal introductions. Cupcakes and Lemonade will be provided to foster new relationships.

Attention!! Due to weather, the Softball game tonight has been moved to tomorrow, Thursday 5/28 at 5pm.
Attention!!! The Softball game has been moved to Batavia High School starting at 5pm Due to Field conditions and field availability. The address is 1 Bulldog Pl, Batavia, OH 45103.

We will be combining Bus 26 today May 11th, May 12th, May 14th, and May 15 pm route. Students will be put on 4 different buses. Some students will get home at normal arrival time and some will get home 10 to 15 minutes later. If you would like to pick your students up please contact the appropriate office and let them know.
Due to bus driver shortage bus 7 along with bus 20 will have to stay after school today May 7th and will depart Miami East approx 3:30. If you would like to pick your students up please contact the appropriate office.
